Handyperson / Maintenance Operative

Location: Within 10-15 Mins of Torbay,

Currently Based in Torquay

Salary: £28000 to £32,000 depending on experience

Contract: Full time, Permanent

We provide an everyday service to local landlords, Letting Agencies and the General Public and are looking for an experienced Handyman/Maintenance Operative that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.

We're seven years young and growing in the provision of our services to the local Letting Agencies, Landlords and General Public and are looking for applications from Ex-forces personnel with:

Confidence to use a range of power tools and equipment to undertake maintenance tasks such as Electrical, carpentry, decorating, plumbing and grounds work An ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure Experience of working in an environment that requires adherence to compliance and quality standards such as site safety, Health and Safety A compassionate and calm nature, who can communicate with our customers and their tenants whilst following Company Policies Ability to think on the job, take responsibility of the job and make thoughtful decisions to overcome any issues that you are faced with. A willingness to learn new skills and approach tasks with a positive attitude. Have your own tools A Clean Driving Licence A DBS will be required prior to joining us
